Rensselaer Plateau Alliance and Rensselaer Land Trust begin steps to merge 

After years of parallel and collaborative conservation work, we are excited to announce that RPA and RLT have begun taking steps to merge. As a merged organization, with the skills, knowledge, assets, and member support of both land trusts, we will be able to go even further on behalf of this land we all love. RPA announces success of Forests Forever Campaign for land conservation and stewardship!

Launched in 2021, the Forest Forever Campaign set out to raise 2 million dollars for acquiring important forestland on the Rensselaer Plateau and establishing an endowment for long-term land management and stewardship. We are so excited to share that our campaign exceeded its 2 million dollar goal! Learn more
