About this series
These free, fun informal runs at locations on and around the Rensselaer Plateau will be a great way to explore new trails, get some exercise, and make new friends. Some trails will include more technical sections where running is not recommended, so some "runs" may be up to 50/50 running and walking.

Announcements & registration (updated)
We will send out a message to the email list with details a few days before each run. The message will contain a registration link for the upcoming run. To ensure the best experience for everyone, we have decided to cap each run at 10 participants. Because of this, we will now be asking participants to register for individual runs.
