Curious about organic gardening? You are invited to attend this free event at Stephentown Memorial Library. Learn about composting, where and how to plant, and all-natural weed killers and pesticides. You'll leave with some basic insights into the world of organic gardening.

Lauren Meyer is a lifelong Stephentown resident who wants to give back to her community. She just finished her first year at Hudson Valley Community College, where she is studying Environmental Studies. This summer, she is doing an internship with Rensselaer Plateau Alliance.
