Bentley's Cavern was conserved with funding help from Scenic Hudson and through a partnership with Northeastern Cave Conservancy. New parking and trails are coming in 2025!

Cedars Creek

A very recent acquisition, Cedars Creek will eventually become a part of the Cowee State Forest owned by the NYS DEC.

Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute Block

A property previously used by RPI for research purposes, this land will eventually be transferred to the NYSDEC. This parcel will connect Grafton Lakes State Park to Pittstown State Forest, creating an almost 6,000-acre protected forest area!
